The system

There are many systems in the universe, physical, chemical, biological, mental, social, and spiritual
The physical, chemical, biological are natural system, where the mental, social, and spiritual are man made system
The natural system is more superior than the man made system
there is ongoing conflict between those systems
The systems are trying to survive by evolving, however, no evolution is perfect
it can only create tools THAT GIVE THE BEST CHANCE TO SURVIVE, not 100% foolproof
it is not eternal problem solvers or perfect weapon
It's strengths eventually becomes it's downfall

The mental social spiritual system is based on image and idea to organize human experience
Based on name and meaning as part of standards in living in shared community as anthropological being
it's called CULTURE
This systems are inferior compared to the natural systems because it's man made
these systems are more abstract and fragile and even ghostlike
THERE IS ONGOING CONFLICT BETWEEN NATURAL AND MAN MADE SYSTEMS.
OBSERVER EFFECTS AND ATTRIBUTION EFFECTS create community SELF
where most people agree with popular opinion. even when it's wrong
And we get brainwashed into the idea of quality, morality, and righteousness.

We learn to sacrifice our self for the good of community, where, actually for the good of another person
who is happy at our expense. This co-dependence relationship was accepted as norm and creates unnecessary conflicts.
A person has to be independently accountable to relate to others.

WHAT STARTED AS AN IDEA THAT WE BELIEVE IN EVENTUALLY BECOMES SOMETHING THAT WE GET ADDICTED TO, THAT WE GET ATTACHED TO, ESPECIALLY, SELF.

SELF IS THE SMALL PERSON WE CAN FEEL AND OBSERVE IN OUR MIND. IT IS LIKE OUR MOOD COMPASS. WHEN HE IS HAPPY, WE ARE HAPPY, WHEN HE IS UPSET, WE ARE UPSET. "IT'S LIKE A BATHROOM STALL, WE DON'T RECOGNIZE IT UNTIL WE NEED IT" JUST OBSERVE THIS OBJECT AND BE AWARE OF IT. IT S LIKE A CHILD, BECAUSE IT IS A CHILD, OUR PAST SELF. IT'S MOODY, SELFISH, SELF CENTERED, PLEASURE SEEKING, LOW TOLERANCE OF FRUSTRATION, NARCISSISTIC, ANTISOCIAL. WE ALL ARE RULED BY THIS CHILD INSIDE OF US. THIS IS OUR INJURY, SMALL EMPTINESS, INJURED EGO, VULNERABILITY, BUTTON, HIDDEN/SECRET SELF, LEVERAGE, SHADOW, INSULATED SELF THAT LEAD TO MANIPULATION, LIE, MASK, IDEAL SELF, SOCIAL DESIRABILITY, ALTER EGO.

LIKE CARRYING MY OWN CHILD, ATTACHED CHILD THAT GOES WITH ME EVERY WHERE I GO, MAKING DEMANDS AND WANTS AND SULK IF DISSAPOINTED. TOO MUCH EMPATHY AND IDENTIFICATION WITH THIS CHILD AND AFRAID TO LET GO.  PROTECTING AND ENABLING HIM, SPOILING HIM.

IT'S LIKE HAVING AN ILLNESS OR SORE THAT GET IRRITATED WHEN TOUCHED.
it's our antenna. HOWEVER, IT CAN ALSO GET HIJACKED BY FUTURE OR IMAGINED EVENTS IN THE WORLD OF "WHAT IF"
mentally, it's called suffering, reacting painfully to imagined events.
