Human is biologically weaker than animals
when we build anything, we build it to last a long time
like building a house
unlike animals who can live in natural environment
human doesn't do well with change
but we have animal's emotion but a tamed/weak ones
due to development of cognition
well, you win some, you lose some
false sense of self is like inflamation or itchiness
feels good when scratched, but is gonna get worse
it's something we play with by increasing its power
nothing but pretend play in fantasy world
"If I am..., I feel good"
like getting what I like feels pleasurable
