Time illusion

Don't say "the world is like this or that, he is this or that"
say "the world was this or that, he was this or that"
because what we perceive is already in the past
we can be aware of our perception in the present
but the content of our perception is always the past or future, what has or has not happened

is there perception other than sense perception?
