EMOTION IS ALARM, LIKE NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT
BEHAVIOR IS TO EITHER REMOVE THE NEGATIVE OR ADD THE POSITIVE
WHEN WE HAVE A NEGATIVE GOAL, WE REMOVE THE NEGATIVE GOAL BY EXAGERATING THE NEGATIVITY AND ADD THE POSITIVE GOAL BY EXAGERATING THE POSITIVITY
WHEN WE HAVE A POSITIVE GOAL, WE ADD THE POSITIVE GOAL
IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR CAN BE TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE GOAL OR ADD THE POSITIVE GOAL.
THE CLOSER, BIGGER, HEAVIER THE OBJECT, THE MORE ENERGY WE PREPARE OUR MUSCLE FOR.
WE ARE LIKE SITTING ON NEST OF ANTS WHERE WE GET ITCHY ALL THE TIME. SOME PEOPLE HAVE MORE SENSITIVE SKIN THAN OTHERS.
PRESENTING PROBLEMS ARE SYMPTOM OR BEHAVIORS
MOST OF DISORDERS ARE ADULTS' ONLY 1 FOR CHILDREN
DISORDER HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH BEING IN SOCIETY
RESISTANCE TO TREATMENT IS DIFFERENT THAN DISORDER
PSYCHOLOGY STRUCTURE IS OVERRATED. ALL THEORIES ARE TRYING TO EXPLAIN STRUCTURE.
EMOTION HAS ITS OWN TARGET, THE MOST BASIC, SAFEST. EMOTION WORK FROM THE BOTTOM UP. IT'S DIFFERENT BETWEEN THINKING ABOUT AN EVENT AND BEING IN THE EVENT. WHEN WE ARE IN THE EVENT, OUR EMOTION WILL TAKE OVER AND SCAN FROM BASIC NEEDS AND WILL MAINTAIN THE BASIC NEEDS BEFORE THE MIND CAN DO THE ADVANCE NEEDS.
EMOTION IS OUR LIZZARD BRAIN, PRIMITIVE AND BASIC. ITS FIELD IS NARROW AND IT'S NOT SMART. MORE EMOTION, LESS COGNITIVE. MORE COGNITIVE LESS EMOTION. EMOTION TAKES CARE OF SURVIVAL AND BASIC NEEDS. IT RESPOND TO MASTERY. IF WE EXPERIENCE TRAUMA, THAT MEANS WE HAVE NOT MASTER THE SITUATION. THERE IS HELPLESSNESS.
THIS LIZZARD HAS ANIMAL VIEW, SIMPLER AND MORE KINESTATIC, LESS THINKING, PREDATORY, FIGHT/FLIGHT, GOAL ORIENTED, STIMULUS-RESPONSE, MORE CONFLICT/COMPETITION ORIENTED AND NEED ORIENTED.
WE NEED THIS LIZZARD TO BE INDEPENDENT, BUT WE NEED COGNITIVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE. TO BE MATURE CIVILIZED HUMAN BEING IS TO BE INDEPENDENT RESPONSIBLE.
TO BE HUMAN IS TO BE MORE THAN ANIMAL. TO GET CAUGHT BY EMOTION IS TO BE ANIMAL. THAT'S WHY THEY ARE ANIMAL, THEIR LIFE IS DETERMINED BY EMOTION, HUNGRY-FULL, LIFE/DEATH.
EMOTION IS VERY SMART AND USEFUL TO LIVE. BUT RISE ABOVE IT.
