AWARENESS IS TUNING IN TO PRESENT, FOR LACK OF BETTER WORDS, INFORMATION. WE RE AND PERCEIVE INFORMATION AT PRESENT TIME AND PLACE, FROM OUR NERVOUS SYSTEM. NERVOUS SYSTEM RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM SENSORS IN OUR BODY, BOTH FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. INTERNAL INFORMATION TELLS US THE CONDITION OF OUR BODY, THE WEAR AND TEAR OF OUR BODY. EXTERNAL INFORMATION TELLS US THE CONDITION OF OUR ENVIRONMENT. WE RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION ALL THE TIME.
